You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it — no questions asked. This is your legal right as an EU consumer.

1. Email us at info@pratco.co with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Pack the item in its original packaging
4. Ship it via Econt or Speedy

We accept returns if:

• The item is in original condition and unused
• Tags are intact
• Original packaging is preserved

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days.
