These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between PRATCO (hereinafter "the Supplier"/"the Merchant") and users (hereinafter "the User"/"the Customer") of the website pratco.co, in connection with the e-commerce services provided.
By using the website and/or placing an order, the User declares that they have read, accepted, and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. These terms are drafted in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.

The Supplier offers goods for sale through the website pratco.co. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and with maximum accuracy. Minor color variations may occur due to different screen settings.
All listed prices are in Euro (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), in accordance with Art. 26(1) of the Consumer Protection Act. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are indicated separately during checkout.
The Supplier reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. Products are available while stocks last.
The distance sales contract between the Supplier and the User is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Supplier, in accordance with Art. 48 of the Consumer Protection Act.
To place an order, the User:
Upon order confirmation, the User receives an electronic confirmation at the specified email address, containing information about the ordered products, price, payment method, and delivery.
The User is required to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
The Supplier currently accepts payment via Cash on Delivery — the amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
The courier company may charge an additional fee for the cash on delivery service, which is borne by the User.
Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through courier companies Speedy and Econt. The User may choose delivery to an address or to a courier office.

In case of inability to deliver to the specified address, the courier contacts the User to arrange redelivery.
Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User shall:
The Supplier shall refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same means of payment used by the User, pursuant to Art. 55(1) of the Consumer Protection Act.
The User has the right to file a complaint for non-conformity of the goods with the sales contract within 2 years of delivery, pursuant to Articles 112–115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints are accepted under the following conditions:
In case of receiving defective goods or goods that do not correspond to the order, the Supplier covers the return shipping costs and offers a replacement or full refund.
Complaints are submitted by email to info@pratco.co with a description of the issue and photographs of the goods.
The Supplier guarantees the quality of the offered goods. The statutory warranty for conformity of goods with the sales contract is 2 years from the date of delivery, pursuant to Art. 112 of the Consumer Protection Act.

In case of a legitimate complaint, the User is entitled to free repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund of the amount paid.
The Supplier shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure, fortuitous events, or actions of third parties.
The Supplier's liability under these General Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of the specific order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
This clause does not affect or limit the User's statutory rights arising from the Consumer Protection Act and applicable legislation.
All content on the website pratco.co — including but not limited to: texts, images, logos, graphic elements, design, and software code — is subject to copyright and is the property of the Supplier or used with permission.
Copying, distributing, reproducing, or using the content without the express written consent of the Supplier is prohibited.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Electronic Commerce Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Obligations and Contracts Act, and other applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the Supplier and the User shall make efforts to resolve it amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
The User may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.
The User also has the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) at: kzp.bg.
The Supplier reserves the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of their publication on the website. In the event of significant changes, Users will be notified via a notice on the website or by email.
Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended General Terms and Conditions.
